A: Bespoke Friendly Experienced Busy Happy

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Each job is a self portrait, and each job should be the best it can be. We won't cut corners. We are responsible for everything we do as we run everything ourselves in house. This gives us ultimate control and repsonsibility, and we like it that way.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We are a busy bunch of people looking after some good clients who we like

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We all work well together playing to your own strengths. We also try and undertake some regular team bonding events where possible.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are flexible, small but diligent. We have worked for a lot of large agencies who get to pass our work off as their own, and we are quite happy with that.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through referral. Our customers stay with us for years, and they recommend more business to us because they are happy with the service they have received from us.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We agree a price and specification, usually onsite with a visit or two. Then we provide some visuals, once these have been adjusted to suit the client, we then start any copywriting whilst converting the visuals into web pages. We also undertake the coding of the back end systems at this stage. Then we start marrying everything together whilst letting our client review our work at each and every stage.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Understaing our clients needs, and understanding their clients needs. That combined with our experience is what makes outr websites effective and intuitive.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Usually by meeting their demands where these are reasonable. We work to a very high specification, this satisfies even the most demanding of clients

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Pick a company you feel you could get on with, who have a core of staff that have been in place a while, and get references and talk to the references. We offer our references out freely.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We only work with customers we like, and we expect to keep it that way. We are not aiming for global domination, just to keep work on new and interesting projects and help business make progress online through more effective websites and improved systems

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Becoming more integrated to provide complete full turn key solutions and providing entire businesses out of the box from automated purchase orders and invoices combined with user generated content and sites that spot trends and react to them

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: WEBB stands for Week End Based Business, as the company started more than ten years ago as a hobby for the owner looking after just a few companies websites at weekends

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Think about your website once a week, look at the statistics and think about who you are targetting
