A: I work alone but I feel that this makes me much more efficient in completing my work processes

A: I work on my own throughout the whole website project which means better communication between myself & my clients, a better understanding of the project, more efficient development and often a faster project completion time

A: Through my online website and word of mouth

A: I manage my projects one step at a time to ensure a smooth running operation and effective delivery of projects

A: Strong communication and an understanding of the client and their individual or buiness needs

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: By working closely with my clients in a friendly and professional manor I aim to get as much information from them regading their personal and business needs so I know exactly what is required and when

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would say to go with the one that gave them the most positive feeling

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: As an established business with an excelent reputation and strong client relationships. Moving with technology as it changes to still provide a fresh and modern presence on the internet.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I think that it's imposible to visualise the web design industry of the future. All I can do is move with the ever changing technologies and applications to prepare for whatever future industry we have.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I wanted a name that was strong, catchy, future proof and something that I could brand. I didn't want anything too funky and I didn't want to use colours which were a popular thing at the time so I went with something more traditional instead

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: To keep their website updated as much as possible to keep their customers fully aware of their changing products or services and to stay up to date and ahead of their competition on search engines
