Well where can I start about Viziononline.co.uk, they got our money and forgot about us unless we kept giving them more. Then Henry charged us £35 to change one word, until someone showed me how to do it myself as he said that we cannot change anything. Then every couple of months we kept getting called by Henry, saying that our site is old and all new things are out now, in the end I stopped answering him. Then 4 months into a 12 month contract they said that they are not hosting our email anymore, I said it comes with the hosting package but he said yes but it is free in the package, nuts. Then our site went down for 3 days and nobody had the courtesy to let us know and tried to blame us, then a few months later it went down again. So I asked my partner to give them a call and ask when it would be up again and told them that they have NO customer courtesy to let us know and he said that we are not much of client anyway and put the phone down. Then a few weeks later he sent us an email saying to get our files, as he isn't going to host us anymore, even though we paid a year upfront. We still haven't got a refund!! Avoid Viziononline, really it isn't worth the hassle and there are some good website design companies out there.

This is my 6th E-Commerce website – the first two were from another company that really did not understand what simple cool web design was., I tried showing them ideas about what I wanted but in all honesty it was a struggle. When I came to Viziononline which I found on Google and decided to sign up with them my lift changed then as they became by business partner offering me useful sector advice and getting me on the 1st page of google AdWords and search engine optimisation that I can truly say that I HAVE ARRIVED. Thank you for all your help Viziononline and a special thanks to Juliet as without her things may not have gone the right way for my business. A big Well done.

Viziononline are really good at what they do. I’ve used other web companies before with past projects and many of them present well but when if you’re are not wowed by their first mock-up they start getting a bit impatient and it gets a little awkward, but every single time I have had any web work done .. I can say I’ve always been really impressed – Good.

This company are cleasrly the best in that industry and i was lucky because when i was searching for a company to do my website on Google a few years back I could have gone anywhere but I just happened to call them.

Its extremely refreshing to see when an online business adopts the basic and old fashioned principles of good customer care and support. They delivered more than what I expedcted for my eCommerce jewellry website and thier attentioin to detail is awesome. This site is nice and clean and really easy to find your way around. when i was looking around on all the search engines to find a website company that could create a site that really respresented our brand it was hard at first then I found this site and from their portfolio there was a good choice of varying websites that i likes and categorised well. The good thing is that the task i was set by our partners to source a company was relatively quick because for once we all agreed on the same thing which made life easier. This company really know what they are doing. Keep up the good work Viziononline. Russell
