A: My name is Craig Teague and I am the owner of Virtex Digital

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our philosophy is to create engaging content for our clients that strikes an emotional response with their target market. We believe in partnering with clients so that they can make a positive difference with their online profile and the work they produce. We live in a digital age where everything is online and where everyone is bombarded with information. By helping our clients build a credible online presence and put out quality meaningful content we help them stand out in a crowded market.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Virtex is a virtual company where it's employees work remotely from a location of choice and we utilise shared office space. This structure makes for happy employees, low overheads and an office space that fits around our needs. Personally I either work from my own home office or conduct meetings and workshops at places such as the Hive in Worcester.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: At Virtex we utilise Google Business G Suite meaning we can communicate effectively over email, shared calendars and via video conference calls. Its fast, efficient and powerful.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: One of our main differences is our structure and attitude to business. We are laid back, flexible but always remain professional and have the experience and expertise to deliver. We have a developer in New Zealand and with the time zone difference we have often delighted clients when there issue or problem is rectified over night and solved by the next morning. If they need something updated on their website and that comes in at 6pm we can have it ready by 9am. This is just one of the amazing things we do on a regular basis for our customers.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The majority of our work comes from word of mouth. This is a testament the quality of our work and our customer service.
