A: The best form of marketing is word of mouth and we have recieved many of our intial leads via the quality service and creative design work we have produced for existing clients.

A: Being honest, reliable and approachable. Delivering on promises with quality service will keep a client satisfied and make them feel valued.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Often the most demanding clients can be the ones who don't understand the processes involved or the timescales required. It does mean that you may need to spend more time planning with them, but ultimately this can lead to a lot more work.

A: Visit them, speak to the MD / Project Managers about their relevant experience. Make sure that company is right for you and you are not going to take second places when something bigger and better comes along.
