A: To provide a range of invaluable services to clients looking to generate traffic, sales and leads through an engaging and strong online presence. We work with you from the start to plan, design, develop, launch and market your business online.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: A small office where when the time comes we work hard to produce the results our clients need and more, but we have fun at the same time.

A: Our team have an excellent working relationship. We all understand each other's strengths and work together to produce the best result for our clients.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We take on board everything you tell us. We offer you our professional insight, with a clear direction for the development of your online presence. We are always ready to answer and help with any questions you might have and help you understand the industry.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: United Studios have been working with clients on a local, national and international level for almost a decade. During this time a large portion of our work has been generated through referrals and word of mouth.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We manage everything about your project. We keep you in the loop but do all the legwork.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication. It's important to keep the client involved at every stage of their project. We forge long-lasting relationships with our clients by keeping open channels of communication and providing support and professional insight where possible.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Every client wants the best for their brand/business and online presence. It's important that we help clients understand what is good for their online presence and what is not. We work closely with each client to understand their objectives from the start and ensure we are achieving them throughout the project.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: A potential client will always want the best value for money, but cheap doesn't necessarily mean the best service for the client. It's important to choose a company that is experienced but is also able to produce the right results for the client. Hire someone who is going to be passionate about your project and producing the right results for you.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We have ambitious plans to continue developing our company into new industries and markets. We hope to double if not triple our employees and offices during the next 10 years, whilst continuing to offer the same dedicated and professional services that we do today.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Hard one to answer, but I feel that the web design industry will continue to grow, but there will be greater emphasis on devices and how people browse the internet. We feel that the web design industry will always be developing in line with changes in technology. We think there will be more interactive websites, where the copy is less dominant and video and imagery will be the focus.

A: Both PC and Mac
Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Our company was chosen as we wanted to create a United relationship with our team and clients. United Studios was chosen as the name because of the United services we wanted to deliver to our clients through our excellent team.
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Cheap isn't always the best! You might get what you want, but you might end up having to re-do it to get the right results out of it. Make your decision based on the value of the services your receiving and be sure to ask enough questions about what it is your chosen company will do for you.
