A: It's a bit cheesy and old but it works. Work hard, play hard.

A: Quite well. We are all creative professionals that love their jobs. That's what make it work so well!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are a small team so we get to work really closely with all of our clients and build long lasting relationships with them. this is one of the best things about twenty5media as we feel like our clients become our friends.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals. 99% of our past clients

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: First and foremost we need to sit down with you, and a select group of key people in the company, and find out more about what makes you tick - what you mean by 'Expect a different experience'. We want to hear the brand stories. From this we can build a creative strategy - everything from the look and feel of the site to the core messaging, through media like the web shopwindow, corporate brochures and film.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication!

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: It all depends on the type of company they are and what they really need from and agency.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Well, we have been planning our 5 year strategy and would branching out and open 2 new offices in europe within those.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Who knows? The industry changes so fast these days. We keep on top of the latest trends and experiment with all the new technologies that come out. I think it will be awhile before it will change considerably.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: The director met his partner on the 25th... The rest as they say is history!

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Sit down and really think what you need it to do. We see allot of businesses go down the wrong route when planning their website and it can really damage your business.
