Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Understanding what the client wants and how we are going to deliver it is crucial. We are transparent in this process and the end result is always positive and we like to keep it that way. Our value for the quality of work we do will be very hard to find elsewhere.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Majority of our work comes via recommendations as all our clients have been truly satisfied. Our portfolio is a clear testimony of our company values as well as a display of creative, quality and professional work to a very high standard. We also generate work from online sources like Google Adwords (first page of Google) & social media.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We like to meet and greet the client face to face build a rapport and trust initially before we proceed further. We have other methods such as completing a simple contact form online via our web page or usually we ask for a breakdown of the requirements via an email. We then send over a proposal with a full detailed breakdown of the services provided for the specific project offered along with the timescales. The client is contacted by our designer through various stages to ensure they are updated as we progress with the work and this helps when the client wants to make amends along the way also. When the client is happy to go live then we handover the project as signed off. We also provide an aftercare support team to assist further if needed.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Straight up and honest is the only way. We only set expectations which we know we can achieve. We are realistic in terms of time frames and the quality expected otherwise this will demoralise our motto and that is not the reason we do this for a living.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: A demanding client is seen as a challenge as there is always a reason for them to be like that. We initially investigate their demands and break it down to make it as simple and understating as possible for the client. This will then give them an idea of our capabilities and helps them decide if we are more than competent of meeting their demands.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Research the company and view their testimonials. This is very crucial as it can tell you if they are a trustworthy source to work with. You would want to ensure there is someone you can liaise with directly and it’s also worth checking if they actually provide a service you need before you proceed with them i.e. do they provide a CMS (Content management service), SEO, hosting etc with the package they are offering. Don’t forget to check their online reviews and of course their portfolio.

A: With the introduction of smart phones and tablets the web design industry has took a leap further into the unknown realm of being digital.
