A: Creative, Ambitious, Diligent, Social, & Regarded

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Our single aim is to over deliver customer expectations. We do this through fully understanding the clients needs, developing and presenting solutions to their problems and delivering more than they expect. This way the clients are extremely happy and come back to us for the next project.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Relaxed and creative, everyone has all that they need in order to excel at what they do. I myself produce some of my best work while working late at night, so everyone has flexibility in terms of working hours. The end objective is simple - to deliver outstanding results that clients keep coming back again and again.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: The team are very close and we often work with companies outside of our own so understanding the way others work in addition to the way we work helps tremendously.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: I don't know of any agency that would not say they are the best at what they do and we are no exception. I do know that I have yet to find an agency that actively suggests to its clients that they also look at other agencies and obtain proposals from them at the same time as reading ours. The proof that we are good at what we do is that they still come back and choose us.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: I would say by Google ad-words and good SEO, but since we are in the market that we are in, good SEO and Google Ad-words are a given thing. The majority and when I say the majority I am meaning 85% or more, business comes from referrals, people that have used us before, like our work and output so much that they suggest us to their friends and colleagues.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Initial contact through to final delivery and everything in between comes down to how you understand the clients needs and manage the process. This is what makes us different from other agencies and if I was to explain everything here then I may be selling the crown jewels.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Delivering what you promised, within the time you promised it and the original price you quoted.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Setting the expectations from the outset. If your client then changes the specification thereafter then a new set of expectation are set. Its hard to please everyone all of the time but we do cope better than other agencies using this method.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: We suggest to clients that they also look at other agencies and obtain proposals from them at the same time as reading ours. The proof that we are good at what we do is that they still come back and choose us for their project.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I would like the agency to grow steadily, maybe in to Europe as I believe we an an agency have something exciting to offer this market moving forward.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see many changes ahead in the future. Some of which we are talking to our clients about currently that could revolutionise the world of online shopping.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Our company name was chosen because of the similarity of how we work compared to that of the South American Tree Frog. The tree frog has the ability to change colour in order to fit in with its suroundings and this is what we do. Obviously we don't change colour but we do adapt and change in order to accomodate the needs of our client. We act as an extension to their existing marketing and digital team (if they have one) and they can use more or less of us as they require throughout the year.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Be responsive. Having a website that is responsive in its design means that you can capture a wider audience. Over 60% of online shopping in 2012 was performed on a mobile device. This may be valuable trade you are missing if you don't get responsive.
