Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Delivering state of the art projects to fit exactly with client requirements. All projects delivered on time without any fuss.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: I have a beautiful office with big windows and plenty of space. I am based in a town centre location.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: I am a freelancer, so from time to time I work with other contractors for specialist tasks. We communicate via email, telephone and mainly Skype.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Highly responsive and easy to work with, plus a solid background in commercial business and marketing.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: A full specification is drawn up and agreed by both of us. Design compositions are delivered and agreed. The site is built and edits completed. User guide and full login details are provided as required. Working together all the way through.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Delivering what they want rather than what you want. Quite simply getting back to them straight away and dealing with questions and issues efficiently.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: With good and timely communication. A firm project plan agreed by both parties before the project starts.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Find a person that you like! Most web design companies are able to produce similar results it is really selecting the one that you feel the most comfortable working with.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: A small agency with up to 5 employees, diversifying into different technical areas.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I think there will always be a requirements for web designers, there is a lot of self service out there in this industry but one size will never fit all.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: It is simply my name.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Give lots of thought to graphics, to many people the images are all they see. This is your chance to make an impression.
