Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Towers Design was founded upon the idea of helping SME's start their route into business. We offer corporate services that help them take the first leap online with out a heavy price tag. We love to work with young people and get them involved in work too.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: It is very relaxed, we have the latest charts playing and very is a lot of space to express our creativity.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We have some team in the office who communicate via face to face and others that are self supporting and so they come into the office or communicate over the phone. It is because of this we can offer affordable prices with a professional finish.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We offer affordable solutions that have a professional finish. We also have experience in business development so as well as working on your website we can also help advise your business.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business is via word of mouth as our customers love our work and want to tell everyone!

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Each project gets a dedicated account manager who oversea's the project and makes sure the work is being completed to a high standard.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Understandable and quick communication and fast turnaround time.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: The dedicated account manager deals with all of their questions to make sure they are not having to fish around a pool to find the answers.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Give them a call discuss your requirements and ask if they have worked with similar companies, look at reviews online and make sure the package you are getting is the correct price for their portfolio quality.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We plane to still be offering digital media solutions to SME's and hopefully have shops around the country for people to come in and buy printing and graphic design services from us.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It will be constantly changing there will be new code every year or so and eventually i think 90% of website traffic will be on a mobile and so websites will all be responsive but instead of aiming at a desktop and then scaling down it will be scaling up from a mobile.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: My surname and then the industry we are in 'design'.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Make sure every scroll of your page has an image to break up lengthy text and that there is no colour clash or over use of space.
