A: We work from our modern office at home, which is designed for mamimum creative input.

A: There are two team members. One in charge of design and technology and the other team member is in charge of content and editing. Combined we complete a unique web design service.

A: We are local to thriving business in the central belt of Scotland. We believe no business is to small to have a great website.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: By word of mouth and client referals.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Contact client, discuss brief, present ideas, and design website.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Lots of contact and status reports with the client.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We have a clear understanding between ourselves and our clients on what we will deliver, and when we will deliver it. Good communications are the key to good relationships with clients, demanding and otherwise.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Take into consideration the designers portfolio, in regards to quality and price. As well as and their delivery schedule for the completed design.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Designing websites around whatever technologies that are available in 10 years from now, for a select group of clients, keeping them on the cutting edge of web design.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: There will be more social media interaction with the website users on more devices. As bandwidth and memory increase, then media will flourish accordingly.

A: Content is King! You will attract visitors by sharing your expertise.
