Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To create attrac tive websites and recogniseable brands for small/medium businesses. We belive we can help everyone no matter what the budget may be

A: Happy & Relaxed, We try to have fun while we work in order to make sure we are always coming up with new and exciting ideas.

A: Each team member knows there strengths and weaknesses. We always discuss our work as a group so that everyone has a chance to shine.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: It's not always about the money. We want to make sure that everyone has a chance to build or imrove a professional business image.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals and Recommendations

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: After a short telephone conversation we like to meet face to face with our clients so that we have a good understanding of exactly what is required, we then provide design samples and ideas for approval before the build begins! We always arrange a final face to face meeting to hand over what we have created so that we have a chance to fine tune everything.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust & Reliability

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Every client is different therefore we always have the same approach, remain calm, try not to use internet jargon and most importantly listen! to our clients. It's easy to talk at people for an hour about ourselves and what we can do however our priority is the client and the services they require from us.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Meet with your web designer, I think it is very important to speak in person as much as possible, also it's not always about who is cheapest. If you pay £200 for a 5 page website you are going to get a website that looks like it costs you £200.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We are growing month by month so who knows what will happen... I hope to have more staff, more resources and a larger office space.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: We are already getting to a stage where one of the first hings on a persons list when starting up a new business is a new website. This is where we come in..

A: PC

A: My intials - Terry Nigel Dallimer Creative.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Smartphone and android optimisation. The world is becoming more mobile, so should your website.
