A: We care about the product end result, whether the customer knows anything about websites of not, they ill get a cleanly coded site.

A: outsourced from other development company's

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: initial contact leads to possible meeting, if that is not possible, we get your ideas in an email, colours layout etc, we tweak your ideas and come up with a concept, we contact the customer for approval then go ahead and create the product once client is happy. we double check its code and design then it goes live.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: good customer service and constant updates to let the client know what is going on

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: we can only advise and charge for out of pocket expenses, at the end of the day, what a client wants they get.

A: Digital Pixels name was created to easily show that we are a creative company that not only does website design but can handle all different types of media, from logo design to posters.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: search engine position, grow links and build branding, get yourself noticed, write articles and submit them to the web.
