Smarter Web Company designed my webiste for my newly established company. I wanted to create a professional-looking webiste given the international-reach of my business and I am extremely happy with the end result. They provide an honest and attentive service from start to finish. They were excellent in translating my ideas and the look I wanted to achieve into design concepts. I'm really impressed with the quality of their webiste designs and how fast they were able to complete the work.

And don't let their competitive prices put you off into thinking their quality will be sub-standard. They are cheaper than most out there but the quality of work they produce is on par with most of the high-end web design companies I've seen. I really can't rate Smarter Web Company enough.

"HOW TO TRIUMPH FROM DISASTER with SMARTER WEB"

We are compelled to write to you to convey our heartfelt thanks for the splendid and professional work you have done at short notice to rescue us from disaster and in such a short time. Three years ago our Website Developer and Hosting agent went bust leaving us with the problem of finding replacement support to get our website and e-Mails back up and running. In early May 2012 we were again totally let down but this time had no alternative but to have developed a new website out of the ashes of the old. If anyone should doubt the quality and professionalism of the Smarter Web Company they should simply take a look at the comprehensive website developed and launched within 3 weeks www.eifelapartments.net .

We were looking for a company to design and host sites for our UK and Dubai office. We had started to design with another company that outsourced the design to India. This made it very difficult to get any queries and problems resolved. We went to The Smarter Web Design Company to do a complete redesign. They listened to what we wanted and produced a quality fully functional sites for us. Any queries or issues were resolved efficiently. We were very happy with the final product.

It was very easy to work with Andrew and his team. They provided excellent suggestions for our site, were very quick in building the website, and most of all their customer service is excellent. We have used a previous website company before finding the smarter web company, and they did not meet our requirements. The smarter web company have exceeded our needs. They could not have been more helpful. If we have any queries or need help with anything nothing is too much trouble. They fully explained the process of how we needed to transfer our website and how it would be managed, we highly recommend them.

Outstanding value for money, and incredibly efficient. We looked at a number of different web designers, and the Smarter Web Company came in at approx one quarter of the price of their competitors, yet still delivered a top notch web site quickly and efficiently. I would go as far as saying there is no point in shopping around, such is their quality and ability.
The reacted promptly to any requests we made, communicatec clearly and effectively, and made us feel like a highly valued customer.

I cannot praise Andrew and Alex highly enough.

My existing site was dated and not user friendly. The previous design company just could not be bothered to explain how to use all the aspects of the content management system and would criticise any changes i made. They made promises they did not keep and always wanted to charge for new plus ins.

Because of this i was very cautious in choosing the new company. I asked many questions before signing up and was not made to feel a time waster. There was no hard sell from Andrew just good information for me to make an informed choice.

Andrew and Alex took the time to explain all the different aspects of the making of the site, what i could and could not have in my package and gave me lots of options.

When it came to using the Content Management System Alex was so patient. He never made me feel rushed and talked me through every stage.

I am so happy with the outcome and very excited and proud of my new site.

Andrew and his team have been working on creating a new website for my business, and so far I can honestly say that they have been a dream to work with. As a former IT manager there are not many IT suppliers/companies I can say that about! In particular, their response times have been notably prompt. I haven't been the easiest customer to deal with at all. It has taken several days/weeks to get back to them from my side on some occasions. They have been extremely patient and haven't shown even a hint of annoyance or frustration. Rather than lose momentum/interest and respond in an equally slow manner, they have got right back onto the case and picked up where we left off each time in a speedy, efficient and professional manner. When I moved the goal posts (more than once) regarding the look and feel of the site, they worked with my feedback until I was completely happy without complaint. I can honestly say that they have been flexible, approachable and accommodating at every stage so far. The site looks amazing. After being let down on numerous occasions by 'professional web designers' we finally plucked up the courage to design our website ourselves. After experimenting with different platforms and the nuances of each, we finally settled on the SmarterWebCompany and one of their DIY website packages.

The platform is excellent, intuitive and very easy to use and excellent results can be had from novices (like ourselves) to professionals alike. Andrew was available whenever required to assist with the technical elements whilst we focused on the design and content. Needless to say we are very pleased with the final outcome.

We will continue to recommend Andrew and everyone at the SmarterWebCompany to colleagues and friends who desire a no nonsense platform for their website design requirements.
