A: I'm a geek you can have a good chat with - I won't babmoozle you with jargon and I'll explain everything carefully no matter what your technical background or capabilities are

A: We always try to be friendly and flexible. We'll work with clients on your schedule to create a short project plan, reviews and sign-off.

A: Phone up and have a chat! Find out who you are working with and will you get on with them - it might be the beginning of a long relationship. Also phone up their existing clients and find out how happy they were with the service.
