Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To empower new start-ups and community projects to enter the market with a strong brand and great web site at an affordable price. Great advice and guidance in a world that tries to charge too much.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We are based in the Centre of Bristol City in a penthouse office space with amazing views of Bristol harbourside. Its very inspiring indeed. The light floods in every day even when it rains!!
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We strive for a happy office and have music playing all day. We love helping start-up companies and offering them something that they cant find anywhere else. We love it when people come and visit us.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are a very close company whos values are that of originality and affordability - We are always looking to exceed our clients expectations. We are the Happy Hype and we do what we say on the tin.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We get a lot of referrals from previous clients and are beginning to gain new business from our SEO efforts - which is a service we offer to our clients too.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We always manage our clients expectations and deliver projects that exceeds their expectations.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: We specialise in communication - we are open and friendly and always listen to our clients briefs. We offer advice based on getting the right products for our clients rather than the most money we can get out of them.
Our clients always come back when they want to further develop their websites and company branding and this is due to them feeling safe in our environment.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: The same way we deal with everyone, with an open, friendly and realistic approach. We are here for them, not the other way around so we do whatever we can to make them happy.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Because we deal with start-ups and young companies to feel sure that we have exactly what they need. We excel in price and quality - these are the two main criteria for starts ups.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We aim to have helped thousands of young entrepreneurs and creative business people to get their ideas off the ground. We support the brave and carry on supporting them through their jouney developing their company. We are here to offer the right advise in order to empower people to do things for themselves the right way.
Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Personally i would like it to become more affordable for people to hire specialists. i think we can see the change happening now. Applications are becoming easier for ordinary people to use. Business organisation is becoming more refined and the availability of information is getting better - this is a good thing as far as i can see.

A: Happy Hype is a very positive phrase. We are happy and we make our customer happy. We make it possible for our customers to hype their businesses with a stunning and original brand and website. Our designs stand out from the crowd which is what our customers want.
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Blog, Blog and Blog. Every site should really have a blog. This is an excellent way to keep in touch with your clients and potential customers. Social networking is also of great importance. Do an hour a day and you will see the results very quickly. Love your site - it represents you and your project. be proud to show it to people.
