A: Maintaining long term relationships with our clients is our highest priority, it’s what defines us, hence ‘The Distance’.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We’re based in the Ron Cooke Hub, a beautiful and inspiring development covering 7,000 sq feet of land. The site is located on the outskirts of York and is easily accessible by either car or bus.

A: We are a very close nit team with very well balanced skill set.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are very much focused on selling a relationship and knowledge transfer as a pose to just web design services.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals from previous clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We use an online project management system to keep all project relevant content in one place with a clear deadline and requirements on both parties.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Generating results for the client.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We have very close personal relationships with our clients and as such our clients gain a very good understanding of how we work, which facilitates a healthy relationship.

A: We are looking to be key players in Magento within in the UK with international offices.
