A: We provide our information pack and work closely with our clients throughout the design process and also once their site has been handed over providing online support as and when required

A: To listen to their thoughts and ideas but also to advise them and steer them in the right direction.

A: We treat all our clients equally and do not hand over a website until both us and the business are 100% happy with it.

A: Don't Rush! Take time to look through each company and view previous projects, read reviews from previous clients if possible. A good indicator is how the company deals with your initial enquiry, you'll be spending a fair amount of time communicating with each other so a good working relationship is a must!

A: Well we wanted something to stand out from other businesses and one that would be memorable. We like to portray a cheerful and friendly company! Our lime has become our mascot and is becoming a well know character among the small business community!

A: Make full use of your blog, when your website first goes live, having a blog feature is a brilliant way of getting your business noticed!
