A: Our philosophy is to provide affordable website design for small businesses in need of a new more affordable online web designer.

A: happy, team spirited environment where we all share the same passion.

A: Our team bounce ideas off each other to ensure that all aspects of our business works. We all get involved and help each other with problem solving and providing solutions to client projects.

A: Well, we are affordable...What makes us different is our passion for helping clients acheive their goal. We are not money drive and feel great about our work.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We source business through online websites, offline advertising and word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We receive an enquiry, we deal with the project details, complete the work and handover the content and files.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication and honestyis key to a successful relationship with our clients.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We manage our clients (especially demanding clients) by means of speaking with them on a personal level and with honesty, ensuring they are 100% clear and understand the work we are doing for them.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would suggest they would look at each web design company ensuring they fully investigate the clients they have worked with, the overall prices charged and customer service before committing to a web design company.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We would like to expand our business to a national basis, to enables customers to deal face to face with us, instead of over the phone.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The web design industry is expanding and as more and more business are using the internet to expand their business, web design will most defintely be priority on the business plans of the future.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: It took us almost 1 week to decide on a suitable name for our business, one that stands out and can almost certainly expand.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: I would suggest clients should learn more and more about networking and online social marketing, i.e Twitter, Facebook and Myspace is becomming more and more popular places for website owner to network their website.
