Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: My philosophy is to focus everything around the client and understand what they want and need to promote their potential online, we understand that not everything people ask for is possible but we work hard to make sure that we do everything in our power

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We design everything from scratch without using any templates and another thing is that i like to meet every one of my clients face to face before starting a project and build up a relationship and a trust network rather than taking over emails for the duration of the project

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business is generated by word of mouth we openly suggest this we do it for all of our clients if we ever hear someone in need of one of their services

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Initial Meeting, Research, Initial Draft, Review, Refine, Full Draft and Handover that’s us from start to finish

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Undertsanding

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Explanation is key when you find yourself face to face with a demanding client if they understand 100% of what cant be done but what can be done as an alternative 9 out of 10 times the problems that arise can be solved through this simple but effective rule 'make sure your client understands what can and cant be done', 'under promise and over deliver'

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would suggest that they look at the company's past work see what they are capable of and what they can do. Look at how professional they are do they charge the lowest prices? but always be weary the lowest price doesn't always mean the product will do the job and the highest price works the same so check all of the companies get testimonials from their clients just to make sure.

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: the SR of the SR Digital refers to my daughters name Scarlotte-Rose as she was born just before i decided to start my own business and digital is for obvious reasons

A: Promote Promote Promote whether on social media, in store or online business directories you need to get people to find your website and some of these are the best way
