The back office team consists of 5 Indian support staff who manage the manual tasks associated with the company. They have worked with Small World SEO and David Smith since 2010.

They help to manage manual services and offer support to enable the business to scale and manage clients needs.

They do not contact or liaise with clients directly nor do they manage any part of the Web Design, SEO or Link Building. They merely help with the manual process of research and manual submissions.

David Smith is the owner of Small World SEO and has considerable experience of Web Design, SEO and Link Building. Having started out in affiliate marketing, he was able to transfer his skills across to client side projects, helping businesses large and small with their online presence.
