A: Because we're owned and run by some of Edinburgh's finest creative freelancers, we're faster, more flexible, work harder and offer better value than the average web design or advertising agency.

A: Word of mouth.

A: We believe web design is a collaborative process, so we consult and inform clients every step of the way. We work on a free trial / demo basis, and we continually react to the client's feedback, so they end up with exactly the website they want and everybody wins.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust and truth.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: What is a demanding client? If a client knows what they want and demands it - it makes our life easier. If a client doesn't know what they want, that's fine too as it gives us the opportunity to show off our skills. If a client is simply rude or obnoxious we simply wouldn't work with them at all.

A: It will be like those 3d holograms you see in the movies, where websites are projected onto your desk, and you can pick elements up with your hand and move them about, and stuff.

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: One of my kid's guinea pigs......

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Treat your website like a close friend or lover. Keep an eye on it. Show it some love. Take it to dinner now and again and tell it how pretty it looks. Neglected websites look bad and eventually wither and die :(
