These days we tend to do our CMS sites in Wordpress, simply because it works, and there is a wealth of supported plug-ins for it. Its SEO-friendly and can be used for most website design needs. We do have our own CMS for those sites that need more than Wordpress can produce - the Stag site was executed in our own CMS.
