A: To produce great looking websites at equally good prices and to provide an ongoing service that larger firms can't.

A: Wouldn't like to say - Ask our clients...

A: Word of mouth and search engines

A: Effectively

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Good communication

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We send them packing to someone else! (joking). Luckily they are few and far between, but it's surprising how much is lost in email translation, so a quick phone call is the starting point.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Gut feel...

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Pass - We've been here nine years, so hopefully we'll be better than ever in another nine or ten years!

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see seo becoming more and more crucial - Yes, we do offer seo services.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I decided to name it after myself as I was a sole trader at the time, and wanted to keep things nice and friendly and accountable. Not keen on things like 123design, abcwebdesign, etc.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: To update them!
