A: We're a dynamic, responsive, modern all Inclusive provider.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We are freelancers meaning we have the privilege of working from home at hours that suit our work-family life. That said, you'll find us working at midnight on weekends so it's not all good!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We are dynamic both in our thinking and our design and this reflects on the finished product that we hand to our client.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We go the extra mile. We will literally build you a fully functional website from scratch, with all content added and propagated using the latest standards and add-ons without extra cost. We are an all inclusive design business.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We rely on our website and social media for new clients. Word of mouth is good but not eveyone wants their own website.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We listed, we build, we provide.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty and integrity.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We don't see demanding clients - we're on the ball and do things right, first time so our clients don't get too demanding.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: It's entirely dependant upon their specific needs. We don't use a workflow, we use our honest approach and integrity so if a client asks for something they don't need, we'd advise them that there's an easier / cheaper option available.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: The same. We don't want to rule the world - we like being small, hands on and personal.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Hopefully cheaper, better quality, easier for clients to maintain themselves and less unqualified amateurs thinking they are a designer because they can load a Wordpress site to a server and create a database!

A: Both PC and Mac

A: easy - we make it simple for you to serve your clients (get online). So we are simpleServe.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Don't get too hung up on google, seo and instead concentrate on rich content, social sharing and making your site work best for you - your site will automatically get higher on search engines as your site evolves.
