Credit to you all at Sien Design! And your pricing is definitely reasonable for the service provided.

We trialled the site on a few of our friends' smart phones on the weekend and it looks terrific. Maybe we'll need an app. :-)

Prior to launch, they also did a search engine keyword phrase analysis and developed an SEO strategy to expand on long tail keyword phrases.

A: Medical / Healthcare Website Print Design

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We're specialists in creating bespoke website design for the medical and healthcare industry. We don't use templates. We care about code - and passing validation tests. And we care about how sites perform in search engines.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Lots of stuff from lots of projects!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We love designing and coding - and we love music - just not the same as each other - so headphone use is compulsory! We give each other lots of feedback and have great (hopefully!) communication in all directions!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We specialise in the healthcare and medical industry.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through word of mouth and search engines.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Our clients have complete freedom to request as many design changes as they need before they are really happy with the design. Once a layout is approved we move onto the coding stage which is often really fast - but accurate.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Responding quickly and personal service.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We don't really have demanding clients - we do our best to tune into each client's way of doing things and do our best work for them.

A: Does the web design company specialise in the fields you need them to?

A: Bigger and even better.

A: Getting more and more niche-driven.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: Make sure your web designer/developers are good at their job - and that you get on with them! Have a look at their work and have a chat with them.
