Communication on design issues was jargon free and ok.. After sales service non existant or very poor...

Extremely difficult to make contact with this company for ongoing service issues...

Potential for ongoing web development zero..... Designwork done on off the shelf product and too omplicated .

Transfer of site to new host took far too long.. Overall level of satisfaction very low...

SDF comments:
Very interesting. Firstly that this was done anon, by anon, and secondly as the company themselves destroyed their own website. Would be interested to have *anon* contact SDF direct for a discussion.

Diane Fisher is a member of our SPACE support group, and offered to build us our own Website. She has been most helpful and enthusiastic from the outset. She is thoroughly professional, offering a written presentation of her work beforehand, including what we could expect for the price tendered. Following a visit from her to assertain our needs and share her ideas, she had the initial website up and running within 2 weeks.
From then on Diane has been very happy to make any changes I have suggested in design, colour, placement of articles, or links. Besides adding her own Blog, she has offered to teach our members how to add theirs, and is mantaining and growing the website for us, adding suitable articles and updating it with news items. Her bubbly personality makes her easy to work with, and I can thoroghly recommend her work.

SDF provide an excellent service and the first site developed meets all of my expectations. We are also developing a retail version of the site and continue to work together.

SDF is easy to work with and they not only listen carefully to requirements they also understand and provide what is asked for quickly and efficiently. They are professional and flexible in terms of the time they can give to one on one meetings and respond immediately to e-mail contact.

We depend on our website to attract guests to our B&B (we do no other advertising) and have found that our www. presence has increased immensely since we started using SDF. I find that they are very helpful, extremely responsive to requests and above all give you honest answers that pull no punches. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending SDF as a great company to have batting for me, am happy to recommend them to anyone.
They have certainly been value for money for our B&B

Diane Fisher at SDF is very professional in her approach but also deals with her customers in a warm, friendly manner. Contact with Diane has always been productive, achieving a successful end result. She follows the remit submitted, adding in her own design flare and ideas. They are very much aware that a website is more that just a source of information and will create a functional and informative brand image as part of the service.
