Rucking Rugby have worked with us here in Jeddah Saudi Arabia to develop a web presence as our last "home" attempt failed to hit the mark as far as presentation and accessability were concerned.
The requirements were discussed in detail and they provided a slick interactive experience that far exceeded my expectations.
They are now working on a redesign or revamp of the existing and I'm sure we will get more than we bargained for again.

Excellent service from RuckinRugby. They knew exactly what we wanted, the format is user friendly, and the layout displays all the information really well. It was great to deal with Ruckin Rugby as their speed of service was unreal, and backed up by quality. Any changes we need were made straight away. We were kept in the loop with regards to the whole process. As an organisation we don't update our website a lot due to low activity, but RuckinRugby have been very supportive and have always followed up and asked if we need any assistance. All in all a great web design company for rugby clubs.

Dubai Exiles Rugby Club have been working with Ruckin Rugby for a few years now and we have recently undergone a website reveiw/update which went very smoothly and produced a very satisfactory end result. Max and his team are incredibly responsive and helpful with requests for assistance/site amendments being carried out the same day in most cases. We also have the ability/access to make major amendments to the site without needing to ask them, which is a real bonus, making it a very workable tool for us and our Club.
The fact that we are based in Dubai and they are in the Uk has been of no issue as email and phone calls are sufficient forms of communication for this service.
I feel that Ruckin Rugby are always looking for ways to improve their service and provide a better product for us, their customer, which makes us feel positive about their ongoing service provision.
It is a pleasure to work with them and their fees are very very reasonable.

I live in New Zealand and dealing with Ruckin Rugby on the other side of the world have been brilliant. The service is tremendous, they have provided us with what we want and communication is really great.
The process has been smooth, ruckin rugby respond to me within hours of any request. Its like I was dealing with a company that are based here in New Zealand.
We do have other ad -on's we want to request but that would be later on and ruckin rugby said they will be able to make those changes.
Max has also referred us to a great graphic designer for our logo which has been a bonus. We look forward in working with ruckin rugby in the future.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: There is no reason why an amateur rugby organization cannot present itself in a professional way. We are not elitist per se, we will design a website for any club - it just so happens that only great clubs ask us. And that suits us just fine. Quality not quantity.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: The Developer is in Nottingham, the Designer is in Devon - the environment is 'on the road' and 'pitchside'!
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: This particular brand is about Rugby - we love rugby and just network around the world - in the world of rugby ... the website just happens at the end.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are the only website design company on earth dedicated to Rugby clubs. Easy.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Our portfolio and reputation and because of the work I do for rugby in developing nations. Networking.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty. Integrity. transparency.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I haven't had any yet. RuckinRugby are always demanding of ourselves - we do not deal with the Premiership clubs and every club we deal with is bowled over with our level of commitment and professionalism.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: If you do not want to spend any money - go to Pitchero. If you have at LEAST £20,000 - go to Sotic. If you are neither of these - "Hi, my name is Max and we are RuckinRugby - the only designer you need to speak to about the new website for your club".
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Providing websites to major RFUs, Clubs and Competitions all over the world whilst still VERY active at grass roots level, teaching clubs how to communicate and own their brand.
Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac
Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I am a fan of Rucking Rugby (ball on the floor) - always have been, always will be.
