A: Design. Create. Succeed.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: My small but fun office in my home. :)

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: I work alone usually but have a few partners that I can utilise when needed. We have a good working relationship.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are a small company and have low overhead. This allows us to pass on savings to our Clients.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through referrals from other clients and friends.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Contact with the client, finding out the basics of what they are looking for. Face to face (if possible) meetings with them to go over the exact details of their project. Giving suggestions and sending/showing them design proofs. Going over in detail the final project before it goes live to ensure info is correct, accurate and visually pleasing. Site goes live. Client is also given the option to purchase monthly maintenance with me to ensure monthly support, backups, edits, updates etc...with their site.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Definitely communication! Making sure I keep up to date with the Clients needs and by having them give me the most up to date information/changes for their business when needed.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: By trying to look at things from their perspective. Having an understanding of where they are coming from and giving positive feedback and suggestions.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I have VERY low overhead which allows me to pass those savings on to our Clients. I am also a small one man team so direct communication is usually quick and easy. I am also professional and have may years of design experience, with a lot of happy clients.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Hopefully growing large enough to dedicate my business to a full time venture.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see a simpler yet more visually pleasing approach. More interaction with customers with fresh, clean, modern simple designs that are visually exciting to look at.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Amongst a group of friends/colleagues when we first started the company. We threw a lot of names around but my one partner came up with the name and we all liked it...I think there is a subtle geeky Star Wars element to it. If you're a fan you will get the reference.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Keep it UP TO DATE! I can't e tell you how many times a Client will have for example a big sale on and forget to tell me about it and it's not advertised anywhere on their site. The same goes for changing their store hours, phone numbers, menu items etc... Keep you site current as it is many peoples first direct line of information to your business.
