Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are a unique and innovative group of people with a difference, our team work remotely from various locations across the UK in the comfort of their home offices/buildings. Breaking free from the day to day restraints that hinder brick and mortar web services companies. We deliver a personal & tailored service which suits all clients desires regardless of size, budget and location. This sets us apart from conventional brick and mortar agencies tied to that 9 am - 5 pm window.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Recommendations, word of mouth and SEO

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Being direct, truthful and trustworthy. We tell it how it is and ensure the clients expectations meets their budget, qualifing the customer is just as important as the work its self. Preventing any miscommunication or expectations that maybe above what is requried or budgeted for.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We qualify clients properly, so we don\'t really consider any clients demanadng. if a client knows what they want and isnt affriad to give an opinion it makes our life alot easier.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Use a combination of what your head and heart is telling you, 9 times out of 10 people will know if they like what they see in terms of Web designers website, web designers previous work and what i consider to be the most important, the web designer them selves. Its massively important for customer and service provider to get along, as a company if we feel a customer isnt a good fit for our process, we will simply decline the work.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Having been in business since 2006, alot changed, maybe not from a client perspective but from our point of view of refining our process, ensuring we add value were possible and being financally secure. I dont see any of that changing over the the next 10 years and we will continue to develop, but maintain our excellent client retention and relationships.

A: PC

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Hire someone that responses to emails within minutes or hours, not days or weeks. We still to this day are amazed at how many freelancers and Agencies respond to emails so slowly, making it a frustrating process for all involved.
