A: Be honest, upfront, and exceed clients' expectations.

A: ReeCreate is a "virtual office" with one developer and an extensive network of local design and web industry contacts who can be called upon when needed.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Conference calls, email, Facebook, and of course meetings in person. We are all good friends outside of work and of a similar age so we work very well together.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are not a one-supplier shop and have extensive experience with open source and proprietary technologies. Because of the way the company is structured costs are kept low and expertise is called on as needed.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Online advertising and word-of-mouth.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Take detailed notes initially, investigate their competition, provide a proposal, manage with constant contact and communication.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Clear communication and honesty.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Be reasonable with them and exceed their expectations.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Choose someone who is local and doesn't outsource all of their work to developers and designers on the other side of the world. Be wary of anyone who won't meet face-to-face or talk on the phone.
Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Doing what we do today, but bigger and better!

A: The web design industry is growing in importance as the internet becomes more of a part of our daily lives. This will only increase dramatically in the foreseeable future.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: "Crowdsourced" as all great things are. ;)
Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Content is king. You can have the flashiest website in the world. but without useful content SEO will be difficult and users will be unsatisfied and driven away.
