reddishpink have exceeded all expectations and I would happily recommend their services. We are delighted with our website and working with reddishpink allows us to update and manipulate the site as much or as little as needed to keep it up to date and as user friendly as possible.

All alterations are done pretty much right away and the designers are always readily available.

The Reddishpink team are very professional and kept in touch with us through out the process. Everything was always explained in detailed so that there would be no surprises further down the line. They are friendly and approachable guys and explained the process very well to somebody not being to familiar with webdesign.

All of our requests were taken on board, or if not possible we discussed and reached a solution that both parts were happy with. We were always kept up to date with the progress of the website.
Whenever the language became too website jargon we could always as for an explanation in normal language, I never felt I couldn't ask them to repeat or explain something again. Both Jeff and Mark were great communicators and happy to assist.

The website looks and feels great. We are currently updating the catalogue part as trained by Jeff, this should be done in the next couple of weeks. We are happy with the outcome.

We had one major change of plan which was dealt with by Mark at Reddishpink and together we came to a joint solution that will work well.

I received excellent communication throughout the whole process, including clarification of design brief, costs and time scales, with Reddishpink taking great initial care to fully understand their clients needs. They also showed the required flexibility as the website took shape and brought their own creativity and solutions as required. They were enthused by the project which was a sustaining factor throughout, and took pride in getting things right, dealing with any complications expediently.
