We designed the content behind the offline campaigns with impressive advertisements in the London Metro, Be:Fit and Stella magazines We created the landing pages for the staggering success of this years Red Nose charity event.

One of Dave’s passions is problem solving and so loves to support his team with any technical queries they may have.

Away from the studio, Dave enjoys travelling to various destinations across the globe to explore the history and culture of others.

Through her hard work and results driven approach, clients are seeing huge ROI and higher more meaningful engagement from their customers.

When she's not busy running from meeting to meeting, Fiona is leading and inspiring her team to achieve maximum results.

Laura Wood

Office Manager

As our Office Manager, Laura is most likely to be the friendly voice at the end of the phone or welcoming you into our studio with a lovely cup of coffee.

Laura organises the team and looks after R1's retained clients.

She is a naturally creative person and like to apply these skills to all client projects.

In her spare time, you can find Laura doodling in her sketch pad or searching for funny cat videos on YouTube.

Mark Perrett

Designer

Mark has over 4 years experience of crafting conversion-led websites, many of which are eCommerce.

His extensive knowledge of cognitive psychology, emotive design and in-depth user research help him to produce stunning customer focused designs.

Mark tackles every project with fresh and creative thinking and his hands on approach pushes creative boundaries to ensure that all designs communicate a message to the users.

Away from the studio Mark loves to cycle, train for triathlons and has even climbed Mount Kilimanjaro!

Sarah Edis-Bates

Commercial Manager

Sarah comes from a managerial background as she owned her own business for over 10 years.

One of the most organised members of the team, Sarah is in charge of the company’s finances.

She works alongside Fiona to generate new projects and ensure that all current projects are on time and on budget.

Sarah has a great eye for detail and motivates the team with her “let’s get it done” attitude.

Situated in stunning landscaped grounds, our new rural studio is breathtakingly beautiful and we’ve wasted no time in putting our creative flair inside.

Our new home is in a 120 year old converted barn, with the nicest landlord of all … The Duchy of Lancaster. We even have baby rabbits, chickens and the odd pheasant playing outside.

Crewe Hall Farm is a perfect location for our clients and team as we are only 10 minutes drive from Crewe train station and junction 16 of the M6, but tucked away nicely in the rolling fields just outside the town.
