Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We pride ourselves in offering a flexible and unrivaled pricing structure, tried and tested business processes, structured project planning and transparency in all aspects of business.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Overlooking the flat Marshes in Kent, our small but high-tech office combine tranquility with technology. Clients are invited to discuss and plan their projects thoroughly using white boards and computer software while enjoying tea and biscuits with panoramic views across the countryside.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: The team interact via email, skype and face to face meetings at our office. Shakeel manages all projects and is the point of contact for all clients who then liaises with each team member individually.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our unique combination of business acumen, experience, education, business processes, standards yet very low cost. Also our "non geeky" communication skills split us apart from other web companies too.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Our network of other websites, referrals and white label agreements with other companies who provide us with work, knowing that their clients will receive a consistent low cost service.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Initial conversation/meeting > Estimate > Service agreement/deposit > Project management tool invitation > Design stage > Development stage > Testing stage > Feedback/Changes > Live > Hosting/Maintenance > Growth hacking > Digital marketing.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Transparency at all stages including prompt/consistent communication, knowing where to pitch the technical information about the project, understanding clients business goals/objectives, being honest, managing expectations, being on time and of course on budget and lastly dealing with problems professionally.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We ensure that all details are documented and clear from the start, manage expectations diplomatically, ensuring that clients are kept in the loop with consistent communication.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Talk to them honestly about what they want to achieve and expect, find out exactly whats being offered with a breakdown of costs and any technical details that will effect the project costs. Look at their recent work and request details of their clients to speak to them.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: A slightly larger team but not too different to where it is now, we want to establish our new office in Romney Marsh as the No.1 web company of choice and possibly diversify into other digital marketing areas.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: As technology moves forward, we will have more of it to use on the internet from wearable technology integration to more advanced interactive features that possibly use Artificial Intelligence to engage with users. Digital marketing is shifting and more focus will be on social recommendations to find businesses rather than search engines.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Our Limited company name is Quad Web Design because we started as a website design company only. The word Quad was derived from the directors name (Quadri) and shortly after the business started it quickly saw that other services are key for start ups businesses and sme's wanting to go to the next level so our digital marketing services quickly took off which is why our ethos is about using technology to its full potential for our clients. Hence the birth of the trading name that we now use... Quad Technology.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Focus all your digital marketing on benefits to your customers not how good your company is. For example, "optimising your website for search engines" is better described as "increasing your websites search engine rank and traffic volume".
