Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication - From the very start, to the end of a project this is key in making sure the project matches up to the client's requirements.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Some clients will obviously have greater requirements, whether this is from a technical point of view or simply workload. We are flexible and are able to accommodate all needs - but we also know when to draw the line when the needs of the project are taking a back-seat to the client themselves.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: They need to look at the relationship between them and the team they will be working with. Websites, like other projects, require a lot of communication to get the best end product. The client needs to picture if they can see themselves working with the website company in the long term as a website doesn't finish simply when it is launched.
