A: Be honest & treat your clients fairly and they will stay forever.

A: I have a very laid back office, Calm colors and plants every where it helps me to work better.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: My team is not just work colleges we are friends, i try and make the business environment as fun and practical as possible. We are always having fun and i find we communicate better this way.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We do not charge for work that is not needed to be done, We listen to our clients and understand what they need and then get to work building what they need and not adding on loads of extra they will never need. We also keep our overheads low so we can keep the cost of our sites down.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our work is through word of mouth or through white label building. What white label building is is we get contacted by other company's to build sites for there clients but without there clients ever knowing it was us, We do this for quite a thew website design agency's and business.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I always communicate via email and phone and make sure to keep the client in the loop at every stage.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Two words, Communication & Trust with just these two will build the foundation for any good client relationship.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I always have a bit of bend when it comes to editing the original website plan as long as its within reason. If the client would like anything done quicker then i can do it, i would kindly explain it will cost more and then i would work day and night until completed.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would always contact the web design companies and work out witch one you get on with better, You will be working with these people for the next couple of weeks.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In 10 years from now i plan on moving into a bigger office and hiring some new employees and expanding my client base. I also plan on having my own server room so i can offer even cheaper hosting plans.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see it always being here just more advance.

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Precious was my companion back in 2010, through out her life she hit many road blocks and still pulled through every time. She made me realise anything is possible and made me follow my dream and create Precious Website Designs,

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Never stop working on your website, always improve and add new content every week to keep it up to date and to show clients you are active.
