Poppy Design & Graphics Ltd provides an excellent service and I would highly recommend it.

My goal was to set up a website that I could make changes to once it had been established, that was cost effective and online within a relatively short space of time.

I had little experience of designing websites. Joanne took time to understand my business needs and made the whole process very straightforward. Joanne interpreted my ideas into a professional website which supported my company's identity.

The service was easy. We used mainly email contact, and my website was delivered within budget and on time. The pages load quickly too.

Joanne provides a quick response to any queries. Poppy Design was the perfect solution for my business. With many thanks!

We asked about pricing and the product and were given clear information. The product and service we have been given from what Joanne offered was tailored to our needs and fairly priced.

Joanne met us and we worked on the style of the website and what the content would need to be. She gave us examples of work that she had done for similar businesses and suggested we look around for the type of thing we would like.

Joanne created the basic style for the website with a few options for layout, design and colour based on what we asked for. We went ahead from there producing photos and text which Joanne quickly put together to produce a near finished product. We asked for some minor addtions and adjustments and added an extra page which was no problem.

Once we were happy with final site it was quickly and efficiently loaded to our host provider. Joanne set us up with Snippetmaster pro and provided us with some ongoing advice and overcame a couple of hiccups, speedily and efficiently.

The look and feel is excellent and the revolving photo show great. The navigation is simple and clear and the pages load quickly.

We have had excellent feedback from our customers who quite rightly think that the website is extremely professional.

Overall very happy.

I am very glad I decided to use Poppy Design and Graphics Ltd for my new logo and website. I am not very technically-minded, and had been a bit apprehensive about the whole process, but Joanne was very approachable and explained things in a very clear and readily understood manner. She was also very patient with my questions! It made the process far less stressful and more productive than I expected. Joanne was also very understanding of the demands and needs of a small business just starting out, which gave me confidence in her advice and guidance.

Joanne did a brilliant job in translating my thoughts into actual designs and produced ideas that I simply would never have been able to come up with on my own. I love my logo and website and consider the money spent on getting professional design input from Joanne to have been worth every penny.

My website was designed and created by Joanne from Poppy designs whom I'd found through Google as a local designer. This was really a first time thing for me and not only that I had very little experience with computers. We met at her place of business and really felt at home, she was so informative and clear we almost instantly knew she was someone we could trust with this project. That trust was important, this was a venture I knew little about and in addition we were investing quite a lot of money in to this so having someone like Joanne reassuring us made the process a lot easier.

Again this was a new venture for me and wasn't really my comfort zone, Joanne kept things really simple for us, she resolved issues which were few so quickly and smoothly I could tell my project was important to her. She was well aware I had no idea what I was talking about and was very patient with me, there were times she had to spell things out to me but remained patient nonetheless. She still a few months down the line helps me out here and there.

Joanne obviously listened and took on board what it was I was looking for, when i was given the final result it was exactly what we were looking for, clear, simple and easy to look at, I was so impressed and so were the individual's I showed it to. I've actually had a lot of emails through through the site commenting on how much they like the layout!

I am absolutely delighted with the outcome, it is far better than I could have imagined (five stars). I will be be using Joanne for the next phase in the project and I have no doubt I will recieve the same service again.

What I like about Poppy is that they combine good, clean design with technical know-how - often you get one or the other with design companies. I also like the fact that every site is designed to fit the brief - Joanne really listens and doesn't spew out formulaic, 'samey' sites. She takes time to understand the look and feel that you are trying to achieve and the more input you can give her, the better the end result will be. She is a pleasure to work with and has the patience of a saint!
I've had really good feedback since my site was launched.

Joanne MacRae of Poppy Design and Graphics is great to work with!

She comes up with the ideas, keeps you informed and takes your requests into consideration. It's also obvious that she works very hard to keep projects within their original deadlines.

I don't imagine it's an easy job being a designer, balancing the creative elements of the business with communicating their and also the client ideas, but I appreciated the way in which Joanne struck a good balance between using my ideas and suggesting concepts to me.

I haven't met one customer yet who doesn't really like my website!

The brief was to revamp my website, improve the functionality and do some background SEO work. Joanne understood what I wanted immediately and not only carried it out to the letter but seemed to intuitively know what I would like. She kept me in the loop and answered all my questions promptly and comprehensively; anything I didn't understand was explained in simple terms. I am over the moon with the result; it's exactly what I wanted and I really believe this is going to improve sales.
