A: We listen to customers' needs!

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: At PMC MS, we try to always say YES. When a customer approaches us for either hosting or design work, we always try to make sure we can provide what they ask for. We do live in the real world however and this may not always be possible, and so in that instance we will always go out of our way to make sure a customer has as many alternatives and possible solutions as possible. We like to think we're good at this.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office environment is relaxed and focused.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Our team is very small and so we tend to work together very intimately and precisely.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We like to focus on customer satisfaction, rather than just rushing a job through so that we can get onto the next one. We're 100% customer focused.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our business comes via word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: This cannot be done in 20 words as we take our time getting it right.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Effective communication is the key to all customer interaction.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We let them know the exact timescale for any portion of work and do our best to stick to it.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Make sure the company you are thinking of employing knows and understands your project. Make sure they are willing to give 100% until it's completed.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In nicer offices :O)

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see it being a lot bigger business, with many more people dealing with bigger and less personal companies. We will be sticking with out values however.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: 'PMC' was the remnants of an old family business in another sector. 'Media Solutions' most accurately describes what we do.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: I would say, make sure your content is your own and that your website is constantly updated and promoted to make the best use of your investment.
