Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To provide bespoke and effective web design and development services whilst delivering exceptional customer service. I believe that the relationship between us and our customers is critical to the success of the projects we complete.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: As it is only myself I work alone and have a setup that allows me to focus on my work without distraction.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: No team, it is just me. If I do need additional services then we work collaboratively.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: The service I provide is individual and tailored to the needs of the customer. The project is always handled in-house in the UK. Projects are not outsourced and I ensure regular communication happens with the client so we know what is happening and all work within the project scope and timeframe.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The majority of my business is from referrals. I have a base of customers who refer me to their contacts.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: First, the project is discussed with the customer to understand their requirements. A full quote is then given and if approved the process I follow is. Discussion to check the project needs and the customer's expectations Planning - Sitemap & Wireframing Design - Mockup, Live Preview Develop - Site creation and integration with other services, Database and Scripts, Testing - User testing, Bug Fixing Delivery - Upload or package files to make live.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Transparency, Customers do not want to be baffled with jargon and smooth talking sales practices. An open and honest approach with everything in plain English.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: By understanding the client's expectations I can deliver the projects without the need for customers to be demanding. An open approach and welcoming communication from the customer allow the customer and myself to work together.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Speak to them. Discuss the project and see who the customer feels more comfortable working with.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I would like to be a top UK design and development agency with a team of people and a client base that is loyal.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The web design industry will have branched out to more apps, currently, a lot of companies offer apps but these will be more important as platforms for apps increases.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I spent a while trying to think of a name and then had the idea of Pixel Perfect.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Make sure you discuss your project in full and that it covers everything you need. Even if you don't need certain functionality now if you know you're going to want it in the future make sure your site is ready.
