We give our customers the best of each of our skills a graphic designer creates the style and the look of the website or brand and a web developer then creates the website, this method ensures a excellent balance of style and performance.

A: We complete all our work with a passion for the web and design, we believe in making our service simple and the way we deal with clients. We do not feel the need to use jargon the same way we believe websites can not be designed and created by one person they require the skills of a graphic designer and a web developer each an expert within their own areas. A: We deal with all our clients the same way most that are demanding are so until they get to know the company better then the relationship changes and we work together without the demands just their requirements.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would advice them to review the companies portfolio and call some of their customers and get their feedback about the company. Check also what the companies process is and have a face to face meeting if possible as a lot can be gained from meeting people in person.

A: We hope to expand and open up various offices around the country and abroad, also expand into other area's of media like e-learning and mobile phone applications

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I see a bright future an ever changing world with new features being adding every day, the web will grow bigger and more interactivity will become available. The technology will develop to make the web easier to make websites for as at current there is a lot of issue's that take time to resolve that are due to software manufacturers personal values.

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: The name came from the philosophy of the company, website used to be made by a team of designers, web developers and marketing experts. In the modern world due to cost websites tend to be made by either a graphic designer with no web development knowledge or vice versa. Phoenix is a symbol for rebirth which is what our company wants to do with the web industry.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: A website is just the first step, you have to look after it, nurture it and it will grow into the business you always wanted.
