A: We challenge the limits of web design, to create something that outperforms other websites by using the latest up to date methods, whilst maintaining higher conversion rates and being on time and on budget.

A: We are a happy bunch of designers that love what we do, we're relaxed and you will often here music being played from our office before you get their. No ties allowed.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We have a relaxed atmosphere, no stress, we're all friends here.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We offer hand coded and bespoke designs, We love our job, so it often shows in our design work. We want to prove to the world that it is possible to get premium website designs that won't break the bank..

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Online, word of mouth, meeting people.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I establish the goals set by my client, and complete them.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Being honest, don't talk waffle (techy chat) make their website work for them, keep them happy, we love good feedback, it's important to us, so keeping our clients happy is important.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: If they're investing in a website, then they deserve to be demanding in my opinion.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Never pay all up front, and make sure you have a look at their portfolio. Use good old Google to search for negative reviews.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: With a bigger website design business, I love what I do, I wouldn't want to do anything else.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Website designs are going to be more interactive and personal to the user, so they will play a bigger part in our life's in the future.

A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I wanted something else but on finding that pixal means the best, I thought perfect pixal could work out to be a happy marriage.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Don't give it the hard sell, don't make people work for their information, don't use poorly made content management systems, and make sure your code is tight for SEO, include those keywords naturally where you can.
