A: A project manager is appointed according to the needs of each project. In all cases we look to bring a team approach, whether it is 2 or 5 people being involved. This ensures maximum applixcation of our expertise. the client services director monitors all projects to ensure the bext balanced team is in place at all stages. Regular client reviews are held at pre agreed stages of any project.

A: Think of yourself as a customer of your company. Write down the top three things that you beleive that customer would like to achieve with your web site. Give the list to a third party who does not know your company well and ask if the web site achieves these three things in a way the user finds to be easy and fast.
