Pedalo are a delight to work with. Our decision to use their services was based upon their previous web designs along with their friendly and professional approach. Very quickly we felt confident that they could deliver what we asked for.

Their response to our interest was positive and efficient. Although it was evident that they had limited experience in working on educational sites, they very quickly understood our ethos.

The project was managed extremely well with pedalo accomodating our requirements. Regular communication and committment from all parties led the project to run smoothly and complete within acceptable timescales. Any issues or problems were dealt with immediately.

We are very happy with our website and continue to work with pedalo.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Pedalo from start to finish.

Having experienced working with other design companies, I really appreciated the time they took to understand what my site was seeking to achieve and how to translate that concept into an end product.

Pedalo have been very supportive in the tweaks needed as the site has evolved in the last year. The site was a total upgrade from a 'do it yourself' version we had made in years past and the end result speaks for itself - it's been given a complete visual facelift and the navigation structure has been improved dramatically. I also found the price quote to be very competitive.

In short, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Pedalo. Their quality of service has been outstanding.

A: We approach our projects in an honest and dedicated manner where we choose to accept projects on a long term basis rather than rushing through the work and moving onto the next client. Keeping our clients happy at all times is the core to our approach.

A: A lot of our business comes from referrals and recommendations from existing clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We believe developing websites is a collaborative process so we keep in contact with our clients from start to finish to make sure they are happy with the progress made and to ensure the outcome exceeds their expectations. We assign each website a project manager to make sure the client has someone to turn to at all stages and they are looked after with the highest possible standard of customer service. At the end of the project the client is handed back to our Client Account Manager who then follows the project up making sure the client is completely happy with the final outcome and to introduce them as their account manager who will stay in touch with them every few months.

A: Being honest, reliable and approachable.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We aim to keep clients in the loop at all times so they feel reassured and are happy with the way the project is progressing. We treat all our clients with respect and our approach is to provide the best level of customer service possible.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: One of the most important factors is evaluating which companies have the experience and knowledge needed to meet the needs of your project. It is also important to check out their portfolio of work to judge their standard of work. Rather than making a decision based on price, you should look at what you are getting for the price quoted.

A: The web design industry is always moving forward and websites will increasingly need to be adapted to mobile browsers and handheld devices. Open source platforms such as Joomla will also continue to evolve and develop making it easier to build websites with innovative extensions and features.
