A: I believe in offering professionally designed Websites, with flexible and expandable functionality, at affordable prices, and with honesty.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: I offer Websites to suit my clients' budgets and I do not charge ongoing extra fees other than for content update. Each site is unique and creatively designed with a robust and fully expandable CMS. All sites are CSS based and search engine optimised.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Client recommendations and the Internet.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I maintain close contact with clients from their initial approach through to site release and beyond. I always meet agreed timeframes and am available to respond quickly and efficiently to all queries and requests. I train clients in use of the CMS either personally or via instructional documentation tailored to their site.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Flexibility, availability and trust.

A: With the same respect I show for all my clients.

A: Clients should fully understand what is being offered to them and at what ongoing cost. They should choose a company that communicates in their language and who offers professionalism, experience and creativity at affordable prices.

A: That all depends on where technology and web trends go. I plan to continue monitoring this and addressing the needs of clients in relation to those trends, including SEO.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Social media is playing an increasing role in the evolution of the Internet, so that will continue to be a factor driving site development, as well as increased functionality and corresponding developer tools. Not only that, the way information is served will radically change with the evolution of search engines, the era of Web 3.0 and related devices.
