Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: honest, reliable, friendly, supportive, versatile

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: I believe that you should always treat clients in the same way that you would expect to be treated yourself. This philosophy has served me well so far and has ensured that clients keep passing on recommendations.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: I work from a spacious home office tastefully clad with Marvel/DC Comics artwork.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: As I work alone the "team" is very, very small. I interact well with myself though and every now and again I get out to meet other humans which helps maintain my sanity.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: The key difference with P R Systems is versatility. I offer individuals and small businesses the complete IT support package. I sell, repair, maintain and upgrade PC's and laptops as well as offering bespoke web design and hosting packages. We NEVER use templates!!!

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The majority of our business comes through Word of Mouth. All our clients are more than happy to recommend us.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I maintain communication with the client throughout thus avoiding any waste of time or money through missunderstandings.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication and integrity! Clients should always feel that they can get in touch with you and feel that they are in control of thier project.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I listen to the clients needs/demands and try to find the best solution for both parties. Whilst demanding clients can be a draw on time and resources, they are still clients and deserve the same level of service offered to everyone.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: It is about being realistic. If a company offers a very short turnaround on a job it is more likely to provide a low quality, templated site which may not meet the requirements or intended look and feel that the client was after. A timescale needs to be agreed with rasonable milestones/goals clear from the start.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I would like to still be working from home. The big office and staff, etc, etc doesn't appeal to me. I like to deal with clients myself and ensure that the quality of service I pride myself on is carried out. Obviously, in 10 years my company will have a lot more clients but I like the way I work...

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It is going to get a lot more competitive as more companies make it easier for people to make their own websites from templates and CMS becomes easier to use and maintain. However, there will always be a place for good designers and developers, but work will become harder to find...

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Very imaginatively I took my first two initials and added a word that fitted in with my business, hence - P R Systems

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: I would always recommend that a client promote thier website at every opportunity. This could be through changes to thier stationery, business cards, etc as well as email footers. I would also ensure that the website fits in with thier overall image so that business cards, stationery and the website all look and feel the same.
