Original Element were professional and at the same time friendly. They were chosen to build our website because they were local and after researching other companies they were the most confident that they could produce what we wanted.
They have always been willing to provide assistance to us long after we ceased to become a customer. We know they will always be there to help if they can.
We were kept informed at all times during the development of our site and our wishes were listened to at all times.
We are very happy with our website.

We have the above web site which was operating for 2 years. I felt it could be improved and approached "Original Element".
Over a total period of about 4 weeks "Original Element" gave the site a completely fresh look.
My initial thoughts and concerns were listened too..and all the good stuff that had worked well for us up till then, was presented in an updated form.
Communication was good at all times. There is a lot of Jargon in this business....but each time I did not understand it was clearly explained/examples e-mailed etc.
I was particularly impressed with the way that the "transition" was handled with the company initially handling/controlling the web site.
I am very impressed with the final outcome. I can wholeheartedly recommend "Original Element". They have proved to be professional, courteous, and "not too big" so they know who you are when you call...and where they are at with your project.

The end result was better than I could of hoped for and superb value for money.

We engaged Original Element to help us create a new group web site based on some ideas that we had already scoped out. We are a construction company and have a very wide range of services but OE seemed to understand the nature of our business and the kind of functionality we would require. We needed several "types" of template pages where we could build the info about our services, projects, companies, people etc etc and we found the structure that OE delivered was right for our purposes. We found their explanations easy to understand and they were patient with us if we didn't get it first time round!

Since then, when we have needed their help, they have been prompt and efficient in their responses and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring this type of service.
