Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We give every client a platform to express their fundamental goals and services, using the latest web techniques and always maintaining the highest of standards. We don't just give our clients websites, we give them a future of possibilities. We give them ideas, inspiration and the motivation they need to go all the way with their business.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our offices is a friendly environment, it is where we make the clients web ideas into the real thing.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: You may find members of our team playing on the xbox whilst coming up with creative ideas or even playing air ball. The lounge area is always a good place to relax and work on a clients web dream.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Orange Alien provide a substantial range of packages that are suitable for all sizes and budgets to help you gain a presence within the ever developing web community. Our consultants are always reachable via phone and are happy to provide a solution to any query, ensuring that you as a customer are left more than happy with the finished product.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: The majority of our business comes from word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: All our projects are fully documented and clients can view the progress online.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty is the best thing to create a good client relationship. We never over promise but we always deliver.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Demanding clients only come about when there is a lack of honesty and communication within the client, company relationship. We believe that sticking to deadlines and keeping the client in the loop, every step of the way is imperative to ensure the client is at ease during the journey.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: They need to decide what they want from a company (a long relationship/a cheap price etc...). They should then check the previous work of the companies and talk to previous clients if possible. They should then consider how well they can communicate with the company and this should be the last thing that dictates their final decision.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I would hope to expand to be a reasonable size. I would hope that we would still be working with customers we have now and I would hope that we had managed to help expand their businesses.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: With web design's ever increasing presence within the world of communication, it is and will be seen as a huge asset to anyone that's trying to start a business, sell something online or communicate to a large audience.

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We wanted a name that was different and what people could remember.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Communicate, communicate, communicate. Communicate with your customers to see what they like and what they don't like about your website. Communicate with your colleagues, peers and even your competitors to see what people in your industry think. Communicate with your web designer to see what technologies are out there and what they can do to help you get the best out of your website.
