Matt and his team were incredibly patient whilst I decided on the style and content of my website. This was my first commercial site so I wanted to make sure it was right and they made sure I understood how it would all hang together. I received training on how to make some of my own changes and learned a lot during this. It's good to know that there is ongoing support there if I need it.

I'm really pleased with the final outcome and have been able to start blogging!

Matt was really easy to work with. Explained what was going to happen really clearly and did the work very quickly. At every stage, he checked to make sure we were happy with it so we felt as if we were really involved right the way through. Once it was completed, he undertook some training for all of our staff on how to get the best from the website which proved invaluable. Open Global were one of 5 companies that I asked to submit a proposal to design our new website as well as produce a number of template documents for us to use with the same branding.

I chose Matt because he was straight to the point and really easy to understand. Others seemed to make things sound very complicated. He responded to some pretty basic questions in a way that didn't sound patronising. His estimate of how long things would take him made the process sound much easier than others had. And he delivered on everything at a much lower price than others had quoted.

Matt responded to some pretty tight deadlines and always made me feel as if the importance of launching our new service mattered as much to him as it did to us. He worked so well with our copy writer too. That added to his credibility as someone who was consistent in his professional approach.

Matt took the trouble to get a better understanding of our customer base in order to optimise our search engine results. It was complex to balance what potential customers might be searching for with representing ourselves professionally.

He took the time to replace images and responded amost instantly to changes as we took feedback from our customers.
I have been delighted with the final result. Not only am i really pleased with our site, but we've had loads of feedback that others think it's great too.

We are also now benefitting from his on -going customer support managing the site. I can't recomend this company highly enough.

I am really pleased with my website designed by Openglobal as it is really effective with customers.....a lot of our new customers say they come to our salon because of the website....because it looks so good, they feel that the salon will be just as good!!!!

The colours are great and attract customers of all sorts and i get regular analysis reports from Openglobal to let me know how the website visits are going and recommendations as to what i should do to attract more!!!

Any problems with it and he is straight onto it for me....a good all round service.
