A: Creative, talented, professional, no-nonsense

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: First, recognise our specilialisms and do them really, really well. Don't try and pretend we do all things for all people. Second, focus on professionalism. By keeping this in mind, we never need to lock clients in - they come back to us because we've done an awesome job.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: It's a big room in Centre Point, right in the middle of London, about halfway up, with a good stereo.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Closely and quickly. The idea is that any project gets attention from IA specialists, designers, content specialists, developers and project managers.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our love of SME clients. We enjoy the variety of people and projects that we get to work with. We also recognise that many agencies serving SMEs are woefully unorganised, so we take a lean, efficient and effective approach to project management that keeps everything moving smoothly and quickly.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Mostly Google Adwords, but we get a good proportion of repeat business from happy clients, and referrals from the Drupal community.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Scoping -> Contract -> Project kickoff and briefing -> Production -> CMS training -> Launch and testing. Using Basecamp.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Professionalism.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: The same way that we manage the non-demanding ones.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Assuming that you are happy with the company's design skills and technology recommendations, then references are vital - a good agency should easily be able to find 3 referees happy to talk about their experience in production.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Launching a website is the start, not the finish.
